Toro, fatty tuna, tuna belly... call it whatever you want. If you love sashimi this is the best of the best.
I'm not a huge tuna fan but I love toro. Lovely, pale pink, smooth, creamy, melts in your mouth. Sprinkled with a tiny amount of scallions and a small amount of wasabi.
